We present you the KANSO building - a gated residential complex.

The project will be realized as a composition of two buildings -

Building 1 and Building 2, with two entrances each and a separate park environment.

The terrain on which the complex will be built is located near the intersection of Tsar Boris III Blvd. and Alexander S. Pushkin Blvd. There is quick access to Tsar Boris III Blvd., Ring Road, as well as the southwestern exit of Sofia.

The plot has a total area of ​​3400 sq.m., of which 800 sq.m. There is a courtyard with a children's playground and places for recreation of the residents.

The implementation of the complex will start in March 2020 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2022.

1 pc. one bedroom apartment with an area between 44 and 47 sq.m.

Parking is solved with parking spaces located on the ground floor and in the underground level of the complex.
