About the project

Chamkoria is a magnificent resort complex located in the periphery of the Borovets ski resort, just 1 hour drive from Sofia. Designed as a mountain village, the Chamkoria complex consists of Alpine-style villas and apartments with incredibly beautiful views of Rila Mountain. Located in the Super Borovets project area, the Chamkoria complex is surrounded by beautiful pine forests, just a few meters from the planned new golf course and ski lift. Location

The Chamkoria complex is located just a few meters from the Super Borovets project lift, at an altitude of 1310 m above sea level, 70 km from Sofia. The area in which the complex is located on the outskirts of the resort, near the Iskra reservoir, has a high investment potential. This area is considered the VIP area of ​​the Super Borovets project. The area is defined mainly for luxury hotels, private villas and will become one of the most sought after areas in the Borovets resort after the end of the project. It is expected that the area will begin to develop over the next 3 years, as several large investors are the owners of the land there.
