About the project

NAMAI VAKE is a premium residential complex located in Tbilisi, in the green zone of Vake. The name of the project is symbolic - the word "NAMAI" means "house" in Lithuanian. Therefore, we designed the complex so that you feel at home in it. When creating the NAMAI VAKE project, Lithuanian specialists tried to provide the best European innovative technologies for the Georgian real estate market. The project is designed taking into account the location, environment, city planning, combining an exceptional architectural style and convenience of life.
NAMAI VAKE consists of four buildings of different heights. The upper line of the building imitates the nearby mountains and creates a cozy courtyard inside the complex. The courtyard is filled with evergreen coniferous trees, flowering magnolias and wisteria, creating a warm and harmonious atmosphere. Wide windows, landscaped terraces and balconies merge with the surrounding nature. VIP apartments include private pools.


Namai Vake Residential Complex is a combination of modern style and traditional design in premium real estate. The project is largely unique and is one of the most energy-efficient buildings in Georgia.

Location

To implement the project, a site was selected in the upper Vake. Around a lot of greenery, excellent ecology and at the same time very close to the central part of the capital. Due to the elevated position from the windows of most apartments, panoramic views of Tbilisi and nearby green spaces are guaranteed. Only 600 meters separate the new building from Lake Turtle. Transport

Project Features

LCD Namai Vake was designed by Lithuanian architects and fully complies with strict European quality standards. When designing buildings, the features of the location chosen for them were taken into account, which allowed them to be harmoniously integrated into the terrain.

The complex will consist of four buildings up to 8 floors high. External walls are made of pumice stones, have additional insulation using innovative material of the latest generation. Clinker tiles, specially treated wood and stone mass tiles are used to decorate house facades. 

The complex has its own boiler house, which fully provides residents with heat and hot water. On the roofs of each of the houses there are solar panels, the energy of which will be enough to illuminate public places. 

Own management company monitors the order and cleanliness of the territory, maintains communications, maintains the garden in an attractive condition. To illuminate the courtyard, modern LED lamps are used. 

Apartments

The area of ​​apartments for sale is from 52 to 231 meters, the ceiling height in the rooms is 3.2-3.65 meters, the number of rooms is from two to five. Each apartment has huge windows on the floor, spacious green terraces. The owners of the VIP apartments have private pools at their disposal.

Together with the apartments, the owners receive from one to three parking spaces, a storage room and a designated space for guest parking. If necessary, and upon individual request, it is possible to install a station for charging an electric car.
