By the end of the vacation, he was determined to buy real estate here. Which I did and do not regret it. Not everyone can have an apartment in a resort town. A couple of years have passed, and there has been a noticeable growth of the city and the tourist flow. Now I decided to buy a couple of studios for delivery, since such an investment pays for itself very quickly. I rode around the city for a long time, talked with developers, chose a place and a company for a new business for me. As a result, I bought two studios with wonderful views of the sea and the Adjara mountains in the Sun Rice complex. Helpful employees of the company, reasonable price, future management company, convenient location of the building in the most tourist area of Batumi (New Boulevard) - and I could not resist. I can't wait for the completion of construction to start a new business that interests me, I hope everything will work out !!!!

When choosing a square, the price played a significant role, they hoped to acquire a smaller area, but as a result they bought more. Of course this made me very happy, we are still going to live with my family, it was not bought for delivery. Another thing that caught our attention was the presence of a yard for children and parking, both underground and above ground. For me, as an athlete, it is very important to have a fitness club and the proximity of the sea. Having visited the construction site, we were convinced that the completion of construction should not be delayed, since they are building at a good pace. The area itself was very impressive. On the one hand, it is quiet, calm, all in greenery, and on the other hand, the sea and the beach. Transport is a bit annoying, as the public was hardly noticed. But they promise that from this side there will be no problems in the waste of time.
