The company's first project was the unique life-style complex TSARSKY. In December 2015, the construction company Poznyakizhilbud joined the group and assumed the functions of general contractor. In the summer of 2016, TARYAN completed ROYAL TOWER with the first fully-fledged rooftop park in Ukraine. In December 2017, the company completed the construction of JACK HOUSE, the home with the first rooftop JACK Club with a terminal pool, spa and fitness. Now TARYAN is actively building its flagship project - the towers of the future TARYAN TOWERS with two-story glass bridges and the whole world inside - a new attraction of Ukraine.
