History Odecom Development has been reporting since 2004, and the first object of the company was a 10-story residential complex with underground parking at 123 Fontanskaya Road, which was commissioned in 2006.
The next step of the company was a project for the construction of townhouses at the 16th station of the Big Fountain.
During the financial crisis of 2008-2009, as a result of which there were more than 1,000,000 sq.m. in Ukraine unfinished housing. At this point, Odecom Development entered the market with the program "How to finish building unfinished."
The first project implemented under this program was the Levitan residential complex (formerly Kamelot residential complex), which was taken into control in April 2012. As planned, at the end of 2016, Odecom Development commissioned the entire residential complex with an area of more than 55,000 sq.m.
In the winter of 2015, Odecom Development organized work to bring the Gray Diamonds residential complex (former Gagarin Plaza I residential complex) located in Arcadia to residential status. LCD Gray Diamonds consists of 2 houses in Arcadia with a total area of 84,000 sq.m. At the end of the III quarter of 2017, all work was completed and investors received their apartments.
Another important object of the company, within the framework of the program "How to complete the unfinished building", is the Aqua Marine LCD (formerly the Zolotoy Bereg LCD). The facility was taken into control in August 2015. This residential complex is located at 16 stations of the Big Fountain. Its total area is more than 105,000 sq.m. Commissioning: the first phase of the fourth quarter of 2018, the second phase of the fourth quarter of 2019.
In September 2015, Odecom Development began construction of the House on Shchorsa facility. "House on Schorsa" is a modern 2-section 10-storey building. The facility was commissioned in the III quarter of 2017.
In 2016, Odecom Development developed the concept of the Tairovskiye Sady microdistrict - a new comfort class microdistrict with all the associated infrastructure, the construction of a school, kindergarten, sports and playgrounds. In March 2017, construction began.
Today, Odecom Development confidently holds a leading position in the construction business in the south of Ukraine.
