iKasa is a family business that was born in April 1970 with the original activity of promoter and construction of houses in the province of Madrid. Since then, our activity has been uninterrupted, subsequently starting, in addition, the branches of rental property exploitation, third-party asset management, tourism and interior design. Over the years we have diversified our business areas to adapt to market developments and thus be able to satisfy existing demand.
With the arrival of the generational change in 2007, the vision of the company was adapted to the market situation. The management team set the goal of customer satisfaction, through the conception of a better product through design, energy efficiency and quality.
For iKasa, the future is the present and our main objective is to position our company as an example of transparency, solvency and good work in the different business areas in which we operate.
