Włodzimierz Powązka, who runs the EL INVEST Development company, is a developer experienced in housing investments, who can boast of successfully completed projects in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship (Zielone Tarasy in Olsztyn, Dom przy Winnej in Elbląg), as well as cooperation in development projects in Mazovia (Apartamenty Szembeka in Warsaw, and Pułtuska 55, Osiedle Tęczowe and Central Park Ciechanów in Ciechanów).
