Each room has a heating regulator, and you can turn it on or off at your discretion. We lived through a season with a small child and are incredibly satisfied with this choice.
The ceilings in the apartment are not high, and it is rather unsuitable for a large family or elderly people, as the stairs are quite steep, which may make it difficult to climb. It is ideal for a young family with one or two children. Or for an active middle-aged couple)
