Exterior:

External walls, partitions, joinery will be made of materials suitable for the exterior project. 

Doors and windows

The exterior doors of the apartments are steel doors and a steel door with TSE 1st class will be installed. The window and empty box of blinds will be placed according to the project. Windows and doors will be double glazed. The interior doors of the living room and the apartment will be American. Exterior joinery is TSE Class 1 marked; It will be made of 1st grade material as required by the exterior. First-class marble will be used for parapets and window sills.

Floor, wall covering:

The floor coverings of all living rooms and bedrooms of all apartments will be covered with ÇAMSAN in accordance with TSE 1st class standards, the floor in the entrance hall, corridor, kitchen, toilet and bathroom will be covered with ÇANAKKALE ceramics. (The kitchen counter will be in matching color granite marble.

The floors of the entrance, stairs, halls will be covered with 1st grade marble.

The walls will be made with matte paint (water-based silicone paint) on gypsum plaster.

The stair railing of the building will be made of stainless aluminum material.

Kitchen:

Cabinets: Kitchen cabinets will be 80 cm long with top worktop, lower cabinet will have 90 cm high internal partitions and handrails, MDF doors will be a decorative glossy modular systemAny acrylic or similar material.

Bath and toilet:

The walls will be covered with 1st class ceramic tiles Çanakkale Kütahya BIEN Seramiksan Uşak or an equivalent brand.

 Balconies and terraces:

The floors of balconies and terraces will be covered with 1st class Çanakkale brand ceramic tiles.

In accordance with the approved electrical design and calculation, which can be made on site, a clock will be connected to the common sections, which will provide the entire installation and lighting of this section.Each of the independent sections will operate with separate clocks, all outlets will be grounded, TSE approved cables and pipes and floor tables built into doorways will be done. Appropriate lamps and sockets will be installed in the rooms of the apartments. Elevator:

All apartments will have air conditioning in the living room, living rooms and bedrooms.
