The new building is located in the Airport area, at 32/36 Grigol Eliava street. In 5-7 minutes you can walk to the New Boulevard, the beaches and the sea. The 19-storey building is constructed using modern materials and advanced technologies to reduce the maintenance costs and achieve high structural strength.

The design considers the seismic activity of the region, the local climate and international construction standards. The building has a flat unexploited roof, a monolithic reinforced concrete frame and walls made of foam blocks.

The facade is stylishly decorated in the colors terracotta and white. It is decorated with panoramic metal-plastic windows and large open balconies with tempered glass railings. The enlarged windows provide good illumination of the premises with natural daylight.

The public spaces and the entrance group are finished with high-quality materials. According to the project, the new building is equipped with modern engineering communications, technological equipment that supports the operation of all systems of the house, and noiseless passenger elevators.

There is an isolated courtyard and a 24-hour video surveillance system for the safety of residents. The residential complex also provides a concierge service.
