Housing and Construction Cooperative “Successful Home” was created at the end of 2016 to work on the project of the Femida residential complex in Astana. This object was previously known as a problematic new building - LCD "Abat", which was owned by more than a hundred people. In the summer of 2017, the unfinished house and the land assigned to it were transferred to ZhSK “Successful House”. To carry out construction work, a new developer was involved, which allowed to continue the construction and set new deadlines for the completion of the facility.
LCD "Themis" is a 9-storey building, built entirely of brick. The facades are decorated with granite and plaster, have additional insulation. Apartments are sold with improved draft finishes.
