Ural Construction Complex-2 LLC in the construction services market since 2000 and is one of the leading enterprises in the construction complex of the region. For 15 years we have been successfully engaged in the construction of industrial, administrative and residential buildings, including high-rise buildings. At the same time, we can carry out all types of work from laying the foundation to interior finishing of premises and landscaping of the adjacent territory.

     In addition, Ural Building Complex-2 LLC has a powerful production base and a reinforced concrete structures factory, where production is constantly updated due to the introduction of the latest technologies. So, at present, the ZhBK plant has mastered the production of products for four frame production systems (it is the frame that can significantly accelerate the construction of buildings, gives additional freedom of internal layout and reduces the dependence of construction on weather and climatic conditions): 1-020 series with a 6x6 column grid, 6x9, 7.2x9 and 9x9, has long been used for the construction of buildings for various purposes; “Cube-2.5”, which allows to abandon the use of crossbars in frame construction, due to which significant cost savings are achieved; "Soret", embodying both the positive properties of a prefabricated frame, and a number of advantages of monolithic structures; and large-panel housing construction. Production of products for large-panel housing construction has begun; at present, the plant’s capacity has been brought up to 150,000 m² of housing.

The plant’s “birthday” is September 15, 2005, when it became part of USK-2. In the ruins of the former largest efficiency plant, located in the center of Orenburg, life has become warmer. Now, passing the bridge over Shevchenko Street, you can admire the neat production facilities, overpass and mountains of rubble and gravel. And then, after the devastation of the 90s, only dust, garbage and dilapidated, barely surviving concrete mixing unit and one of the shops of the former plant.

   Initially, all efforts were devoted to the manufacture of reinforced concrete elements that complete brick house building: a tooling for foundation blocks, lintels, flights of stairs and platforms was independently created; the launch of two aggregate-flow lines for the production of floor slabs was accelerated. They mastered the production of ordinary slabs, immediately swung at the "lengthy". The first in the city to create a 7.3-meter-long plate according to the special project “Orenburggrazhdanproekt”, they tested it with loading and realized: we can do much more!

   The changing market, and after it the requirements of customers, the set pace in the construction industry and the revision of attitudes towards frame housing construction gave an impetus to a new leap.

     Attendance at various conferences and exhibitions, careful study of specialized literature, attracting specialists and establishing productive contacts with frame systems institutes throughout the country, searching for the best manufacturers of wire rigs, creating your own metal molds unique in terms of universality, improving technological equipment, building production workshops, improving the quality of concrete mixes and selection of qualified personnel - this is an incomplete list of work that required in order to reach a new level of production.
