Usually, when we talk about apartments in new buildings, we imagine about the same houses, which practically do not differ not only from each other, but also from residential houses that were built 10, 20, 30 years ago. Only the names differ, which are not connected in any way with the houses themselves, but are selected exclusively through fashion or melody. We want to change this and build housing where you want to live, which will be convenient and enjoyable. One in which I would like to raise and educate children, and in which they would grow better, smarter and kinder.
Our city is a common space and our common problems. Unfortunately, during the Union, such an understanding of the city was lost and is only now beginning to gradually appear again. Our goal is to add our contribution to the correct understanding of public spaces.
A house is a transition from one’s own space (one’s own house) to one’s common (city). For the correct formation of views and worldview, the space in which you live is important. And we believe that our homes will be able to change our city for the better.
