We conduct our business in the form of a civil partnership of two natural persons. In the initial period of the company's existence, we mainly dealt with retail trade. In 1995, the process of changing the profile of our activity began in our company.
Since 1998, our specialty is services consisting in providing our clients with commercial space of various types (commercial, office, production) located in facilities owned by our company.
Our resources include both small (single premises), medium (500-1500 m2) and large facilities (from several to several thousand m2). These facilities are located both
in the largest agglomerations: Warsaw, Łódź, Gdańsk, Poznań and in smaller towns: Stargard Szczeciński, Dąbrowa Górnicza, Niemodlin.
Achieving goals related to the further development of our company by expanding the offer, among others for new locations, it is possible mainly due to the prosperity and successes achieved by our clients as well as their satisfaction with cooperation with us.
