"SMU-6 Investments" has a long history of activity. The company was established in 1992 as the Construction Department on the basis of the Mospundamentstroy-6 trust. In LLC "SMU-6 Investments" management was transformed in 2005. A feature of the company from the very beginning of its development is a significant share in the staff and management positions of reserve officers of the Ministry of Defense and specialists of the Special Construction of Russia.
Today, the company is one of the leading and rapidly developing enterprises in the construction industry in Moscow and the Moscow Region. The main activity of the company is in the field of residential construction. In addition to residential buildings, the developer implements large-scale projects for the construction of industrial and administrative buildings, social facilities, and engineering support. The company includes nine sites. In the near future, it is planned to begin work on new sites in the capital region. The flagship projects of the company are LCD Panorama Skolkovo, the club house of Yunaty, LCD Love and Pigeons.
