"SIEMASZKO" - "Lider Polskiego Budownictwa 2015" - has been operating on the property development market since 1994. We build reliably and on time, thanks to which we have gained the trust and recognition of our clients. Many of them bought from us not only their first apartment, but also other apartments and houses. The highest standard of our investments is ensured by highly qualified, experienced and caring for their professional development staff, the best specialists in their industry.
We have built over three thousand apartments and over one hundred single-family houses in new housing estates, always carefully selecting their location so that everyone can find places in which they would like to live in our offer. We care about the safety of our clients - we only invest on our own land, not burdened with a loan. As the first developer in Szczecin, we also took care of an escrow account. We responsibly continue to care for the investments we have completed as a manager.
Our efforts and care for the highest standards are noticed by independent bodies. We are honored with the title of "Leader of Polish Construction 2015" awarded by the Program Council of the National Program of Strengthening the Credibility of "Profile and Brand of the Polish Economy". The company "Siemaszko" was also awarded, as the only company from Szczecin, with the prestigious emblem "Quality of the Year 2014". The jury of the largest competition in Poland promoting companies for which high quality of products is a priority granted us a certificate in the "Service" category.
We have been awarded three times in the "Eagles of Polish Construction" competition held under the patronage of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development, and we are also a laureate of the "Forbes Diamond" awarded by the opinion-forming economic magazine "Forbes" to the most dynamically developing companies.
