Sedan Holdings 38 Ltd. is a subsidiary of "Jacob Sedan Holdings and Investments Ltd. (" the Group ") owned by Jacob Sedan, a businessman in a variety of fields.
The company has high financing capabilities, especially in TAMA 38 projects where self financing is required.
Among its activities, the Group owns Matan-Chen Nursing Services Ltd., which deals with nursing services, various services for the third age, in providing housing assistance to eligible Ministry of Housing nationwide and the owner of a housing cluster in the room leased to Amidar.
The group has financial strength and a high liquidity capability, with a revenue turnover of NIS 180 million.
Among other things, the group is involved in the initiation and construction of several real estate projects in Gush Dan, Netanya and Pardes Hana.
