PROFIT Development S.A. is a joint-stock company that was established in 2003. The founders of the company were Piotr Adamek and Robert Sowa, who at the time of establishing the company could boast of many years of experience in the development industry gained during the management of WPBM "MÓJ DOM" S.A. PROFIT Development has been developing dynamically from the very beginning and consistently implements the assumed strategy.
Since 2006, we have been present in two markets - Wrocław and Łódź - where we build following the message contained in three words: safe, modern and comfortable.
In the years 2010 - 2012, the process of reorganization of the Company continued, which resulted in the creation of the PROFIT Development Group. The group includes over a dozen capital companies responsible for the implementation of individual development projects and selected areas of the group's operations.
In 2013, Tomasz Stoga joined the team of PROFIT Development Group, who is the President of the Management Board of PD S.A. In 2014, the company's activity was expanded to include another area - we started operations on the Warsaw market, where we established another branch of the company and soon we will start the construction of our first investment. The company owns land with a total area of approx. 7.5 ha, on which over 1000 apartments will be built in the near future.
