Poltava house-building plant is a powerful enterprise with a glorious past, the main activity of which is the construction of large-panel residential buildings. DSK was founded in 1976. Therefore, his first children are almost half a century old. These are cozy high-rise buildings in residential districts of Poltava. Levada, Gardens-1, Gardens-2 and Gardens-3 appeared on the map of the regional center thanks to our company. In addition, the plant's employees built many houses in other districts of Poltava and the region, namely: in Karlovka, Mashevka, Orekhovka Lubensky district, and so on. However, the company is not limited to building only high-rise buildings. The company also accepts orders for the construction of one-and two-story cottages.
During the existence of the plant, its specialists have built and commissioned almost a million square meters of housing. The technical project provides for the construction of 76 thousand square meters of housing annually. Employees of the company set a goal to build high-quality comfortable homes in the shortest possible time. The key to this is the latest technology, convenient layout, affordable prices and many years of experience, multiplied by modernity.
The production base of the plant is located on the territory of 5.6 hectares. The company has its own railway line and automobile entrance. All structural divisions – the management unit, construction and installation site, production shops (molding, reinforcement, concrete mixing, power engineering, for the production of shaped paving elements), motor transport shop, construction testing laboratory – work smoothly and professionally.
The partner of the house-building plant is the German firm REHAU. In 2005, the company improved production and started manufacturing a set of reinforced concrete structures for the construction of high-rise buildings from three-layer wall panels with internal insulation. Sandwich panels – a kind of know-how, they are created on the principle of a thermos, so they are ahead of the technological properties of even a brick. These innovations have significantly improved the energy-saving characteristics of houses under construction. That is why DSK apartments are warm in winter and cool in summer.
In 2008, the house-building plant started production of paving slabs and shaped paving elements using modern German equipment. Skilled workers use the method of dry vibropressing without the use of natural gas. Therefore, the house territory is carefully covered with tiles of their own production.
