The most famous project of OMOKSA is the Chaika residential complex. The quality of development and the post-service format of this complex have been awarded with 12 professional prizes and awards.
In August 2013, the company fully completed the Seagull-1 project: these are 18 commissioned residential buildings, as well as their own management companies, schools, kindergartens, a medical center, pharmacies, shops, indoor tennis courts, a five-a-side football field, beauty salons, restaurants, bank branches, fitness centers, multi-level indoor parking.
In 2012, the construction of Chaika-2 started in parallel. 7 houses have already been built and three more are under construction.
In 2014, construction began on the Chaika-5 project, the Sonstown residential complex. This project involves the construction of 7 houses. To date, three residential buildings have already been built.
The company OMOKS, developing in the difficult conditions of the construction market, is looking for ways to improve the quality of housing and its cheapening. It would be impossible to solve these complex problems without thoughtful and effective enterprise management.
