Our genesis
Bydgoskie Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Ogólnego "OGBUD" Spółka z o.o. with headquarters in Bydgoszcz at ul. Jagiellońska 36A / U1 has been operating on the local construction market since 1992. It was established on the basis of Bydgoskie Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Ogólnego which used to build residential buildings in the following estates: Wyżyny, Szwederowo, Fordon, as well as in Koronowo, Tuchola and Chojnice.
Already 28 years
For 28 years, we have been carrying out traditional and turnkey housing and associated construction. At that time, among others, residential buildings at ul. On. Bełzy, Miedza and in the Fordon estate at ul. Piłsudskiego, Wyzwolenia, Okulicki, Cechowa for housing cooperatives and the City Hall.
