MOMENTUM was born in 2008 with the conviction that the change in the cycle would generate good business opportunities in the real estate sector. We immediately began to manage a portfolio of executed assets (REO) for their enhancement and a first housing development under the Cooperative regime for a group of officers of the Armed Forces.
During our first years of life, we delivered 277 homes in 6 promotions under the Cooperative regime and a free promotion, which served, among other things, to record in the company's DNA both transparency and diligence in management, as well as a strong customer orientation of our promotions.
Starting in 2013, we began to analyze opportunities under the Direct Promotion regime and since then we have expanded our activity with promotions in the cities of Malaga, Barcelona and Valencia.
Ten years later, we have projects in Madrid, Malaga, Valencia and Lisbon, forming a development portfolio for the sale of approximately 3,000 homes in different stages of development, which represents a volume of business under management of approximately 1,200 million euros.
