The Joint Stock Company “Meliorator” began its activity in 1937, when the first machine-tractor station was organized in Bucha. In those years, the enterprise gave impetus to the development of Bucha itself. Land reclamators helped to form a settlement, creating working conditions for people and expanding the space for life on unsuitable lands. The company was a real giant in the field of drainage and irrigation of agricultural land.
Times and accents have changed. But this did not prevent the enterprise from developing and living in the rhythm of Buce's needs. Over the years, the company has built 25% of the housing stock of Bucha. A lot of social and infrastructure projects were implemented throughout Ukraine.
Now the total area of production capacity of Meliorator CJSC is 6.2 hectares. The enterprise has three workshops for repairing machinery and mechanisms, a carpentry workshop, a sawmill, a forge, a soluble concrete unit, a fleet of special and construction equipment, trucks and truck cranes.
