Euro-Trademex was established in September 2004. Our goal is construction, real estate brokerage as well as real estate rental and management.
The investments made so far include, among others, renovation and adaptation of a historic tenement house in the heart of Warsaw's Old Town at ul. Świętojańska 2.
We are great enthusiasts of the Polish Tatra Mountains, especially Zakopane and the surrounding area, which is why we have taken steps to obtain investment areas in that region. This is how a new investment was created, the prestigious apartment building "Willa Radowit" in the center of Zakopane at ul. Sienkiewicza 3, which includes 30 apartments, a swimming pool, a sauna and 4 commercial premises. Currently, one of our sales offices has been opened in one of them.
Another investment completed by us is the "Polana Rysulówka" Apartments and five villas, architectural gems, both in terms of design and finishing - "Polana Sywarne".
