We are a construction and development company that has been operating on the market since 2000. In the first years of our activity, we dealt with comprehensive finishing works, mainly in Warsaw.
The dynamic development of our company meant that we currently specialize in general contracting of public utility facilities, including schools, kindergartens, sports halls, offices, health centers and housing facilities. We operate mainly in the Świętokrzyskie and Mazowieckie provinces.
Since 2008, we have expanded the company's activity to the development industry. We approach each investment individually, we choose intimate, attractive locations for our clients. We have successfully completed such investments as: Osiedle Domaniówka, Villa Mazurska, Triasowe Wzgórze, Apartments at Turystyczna or Apartamenty Centrum at ul. President L. Kaczyński.
In 2010, we were awarded the "Skrzydła" economic award for the reconstruction of the Slavic Village - an early medieval settlement in Bieliny.
In 2015, in the fifth edition of the Złoty Żuraw competition organized by "Echo Dnia", Targi Kielce and architects in the residential category, the multi-family building Triasowe Wzgórze received the highest number of readers' votes, thus winning a distinction in this Plebiscite.
For 2017, our company received the economic award of the Świętokrzyskie Region Leader in the Investments category. The jury rewarded us for the overall activity, both in development investments and comprehensive construction services, as the General Contractor.
We were honored by Puls Biznesu with the Business Gazelle diploma for 2017 as a reliable and dynamically developing company, appreciated by the largest business intelligence agencies in the industry.
For another year in a row, our company for 2018 received the Świętokrzyskie Region Leader award in the Housing Construction category. The continuous development of our company in development investments and comprehensive construction services as a general contractor was once again recognized by the Chapter with the Leaders of the Region 2018 award.
