The Dutch Star construction company is known as the developer of the Grand House residential complex, the construction of which has been going on for several years in the immediate vicinity of the Grushevka metro station in Minsk. The building consists of several sections, which appear in turn and are built using monolithic brick technology. The developer independently carries out most of the work at the facility, including external and internal finishing.
Despite the fact that the commissioning dates for some stages were postponed, in the end they were nevertheless completed. Work on the subsequent stages continues now. It is likely that the Grand House will not become the only project of the Dutch Star developer and soon it will delight buyers with new profitable offers.
