The roots of our company date back to 1984, when Włodzimierz Caba started his business activity by associating himself in the Miechowianka Craft Cooperative with its seat in Miechów, providing his services mainly in the city of Krakow.
In 1995, 12 members of the Craft Cooperative, including Włodzimierz Caba and Robert Caba, founded a civil partnership called Firma Budowlana "Miechowianka" S.C. with headquarters in Krakow at ul. Friedlein 6/5. On December 31, 1997, the company ended its activity through self-dissolution and each of the partners chose their own path of economic activity.
Włodzimierz Caba and Robert Caba (father and son) established, on December 16, 1997, Firma Budowlano - Montażowa "Miechowianka" S.C. with headquarters at ul. Sandomierska 3 in Krakow, continuing the good traditions of the company. After the transformation by operation of law ("Code of Commercial Companies" Art. 26, section 4) on February 8, 2002, by the decision of the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście, the 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, we were entered into the Court Register of Entrepreneurs.
Since November 26, 2002, as the company "MIECHOWIANKA" Sp. z o.o. we conduct development activity with our own contracting.
On August 23, 2010, the legal form was changed to MIECHOWIANKA limited liability company limited partnership 32-086 Węgrzce, ul. Forteczna 6, KRS number 0000363328, NIP 5130211181, REGON 121314845 to which MIECHOWIANKA sp.z o.o contributed its enterprise in kind.
On February 11, 2015, the company changed its name to CABA DEVELPMENT sp. Z oo, limited partnership
As a developer, we have built a total of 1046 apartments and a dozen commercial premises, all in Krakow.
