BPI Real Estate is a real estate development company operating in Belgium, Poland and Luxembourg. The company was founded 30 years ago, since then it has been gaining extensive experience and know-how on the market of housing, office and commercial and service investments.

BPI Real Estate belongs to the Belgian CFE capital group established in 1880 and operating under three separate pillars. The first pillar for which the subsidiary DEME is responsible is the activity in the field of works related to the deepening of water reservoirs, environmental engineering as well as hydrotechnical and infrastructure investments. The second pillar of the group's activity is general contracting in the field of construction, technical and railway infrastructure works carried out under the CFE brand in Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland and Tunisia. The third pillar, for which BPI Real Estate is responsible, is development activity, including investments in the real estate market.
The CFE Group currently employs over 7,000 employees and operates on all continents. CFE is listed on the Euronext stock exchange in Brussels. 60.4% of the company's shares belong to the Ackermans & van Haaren holding.
