Own production
Today it is the only developer in the region that has its own production base. The company includes 12 plants that fully meet the needs of the holding. Atomstroykompleks independently produces most of the materials for the construction and decoration of houses: brick, concrete, gravel, cement, gas and ash blocks, windows, metal structures and even interior doors. This allows the company to control housing prices, clearly comply with the delivery time, quickly change the parameters of manufactured products in response to market demands.
Innovation
Over the years, Atomstroykompleks made a significant contribution to the development of the construction industry in the Urals: it was the first in Yekaterinburg to use imported dry mixes, fixed formwork, technologies of monolithic housing construction, and to use advanced construction equipment. The first company in the city began to build high-rise buildings and residential skyscrapers, apartments and offered apartments equipped with furniture and appliances.
