Asentis was born in 2004, with the vocation of taking over the successful professional career of the Pleite and Duarte families that under the name of Dupgesa had become a benchmark in the sector with more than 15,000 homes projected and executed throughout over 25 years of joint activity.
Heirs of the best values and good work that the previous generation has transmitted to us, since 2004, the Asentis Group has managed 1,800,000 m2 of land in urban planning and delivered more than 1,500 homes, currently under development in the different stages of the real estate process 1200 more homes.
This has been possible thanks to the vertical integration of the entire value chain of the real estate and construction sector, allowing Asentis to control the quality and costs of the entire production process.
