We are the company SV Lux grup SRL.
At the beginning of our journey in the construction of multi-apartment residential complexes, in 2014, our first project was a house in the Botany sector, at the address: st. Lviv 2, No. 87, which stands out for the quality and characteristics necessary for the high standard of living of our customers.
During the construction process, we always wondered: “Would we ourselves like to live in this house?” At each stage of construction, we made the choice in favor of high-quality materials, effective noise insulation, a frameless frame system, functional layouts, safety and comfort of residents.
SV Lux Grup company strives not only to preserve the fundamentals and principles of high-quality apartment construction, but also improve them with the advent of new and more advanced techniques, as well as advanced, modern materials.
In March 2019, SV Lux Grup begins construction of a new residential complex “Alba-Julia”, in the Buiucani sector.
The residential complex Alba Julia will become the embodiment of the concept of modern urban life. Using the experience in construction for the entire existence of the SV Lux Grup company, we build LCD Alba Julia from the most advanced and modern materials and with a high indicator of comfort for our customers, without changing our philosophy, where the quality mark is placed above everything.
