Establishment of SOL & ART sp.z o.o. at the beginning of 2011 was the result of a successful cooperation between two development companies previously operating independently in Krakow - SOL Invest and ART Development. The first of them started its activity in construction at the beginning of the 90s, while the second one a decade later.
The total output of SOL Invest and ART Development is almost 50,000 sq m of completed residential and commercial premises, which translates into almost 500 satisfied families living in our investments. (see our projects)
Both companies started their cooperation in mid-2008, jointly implementing the "Polana Borkowska" investment at Zdunów Street in Krakow and continued it with the construction of a multi-family building in Krakow's Ruczaj, 21 Zachodnia Street.
Successful, proven in practice cooperation resulted in the decision to join forces and jointly use our extensive experience, skills and professionalism. This is how a joint company was established under the name SOL & ART sp.z o.o.
Since 2011, SOL & ART has completed the construction of two multi-family buildings at ul. Koszykarska in Krakow (251 apartments), building at ul. Bronisława Geremek (55 apartments) and three buildings as part of the first stage of the investment called Osiedle SOLARIS.
