Reinoo is a company dedicated to the development of office buildings, residential units and property rentals since 2011. More than 36,000 square meters of leasable office space have been either built or renovated by us. The number of residential units that we are currently developing is approaching 1000 apartments. We are a responsible and fair investor whose interest is to raise the social and aesthetic value of the environment where we operate and implement our projects.
Therefore, we taken a green approach toward all the activities we do, standing behind sophisticated and modern, environmentally friendly solutions. We were the first in the region to build a building (the Vlčince Post Office in Žilina) in compliance with LEED GOLD V4 certification (Leadership in Energy and Environment and Design). This building also obtained two prices of Buidlidng of the Year competition. Other significant, recently completed projects are the reconstruction of the historic Bank of Žilina building (formerly ČSOB) on Legionárska ulica (street) and the Murgašova Office Complex.
