Polservice Development was established in 2007 as a result of organizational transformations into Polservice Sp z o.o. in Warsaw and took over the developer activity in the Tri-City since 1996. The management and engineering and technical staff, who have gained many years of experience on domestic and foreign construction sites, implementing, among others many prestigious facilities in Germany, incl. in Nuremberg, Wiesbaden, Stuttgart, Erlangen, Berlin and other places - she fully moved to further work at Polservice Development Sp o.o.
In the Tricity area, we have built, among others, housing estates: Leśny Zakątek in Gdynia at ul. Rdestowa, the Słonecznikowe, Oliwkowa, Sojowa housing estates in Gdynia Dąbrowa, the Błękitna Kaskada housing estate in Gdańsk at ul. Wawelska, the Stylowe I estate in Gdańsk Osowa at ul. Hermesa, the Casa Patrizia estate in Gdańsk at ul. Myśliwska and the Myśliwski Stok estate in Gdańsk at ul. Myśliwska / ul. Myśliwskie Wzgórze and we have completed the construction of an office building in Gdynia, intended for the company's seat.
