PLANUS DEVELOPMENT Sp. z o.o. is an Investor and Developer who implements projects in the Tri-City agglomeration.
The subject and mission of our company is the construction of apartments and houses.
It comes from the company ECO INWESTYCJE 2 Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Pruszcz Gdański.
In the years 2014-2015, we implemented a Project called Zakątek Szafirowa, in Pruszcz Gdański in Rokitnica (Pruszcz Gdański commune).
Another investment, also located in the eastern part of Pruszcz Gdański, was Zakątek Koralowa implemented in 2015-2017. It was an intimate investment of terraced houses and apartments with an interesting arrangement of space and green areas belonging to each house and apartment in a fenced complex with interesting architecture.
Due to the dynamic development and expansion of the offer by the premium segment, we decided to rebrand our logo and name in order to build a new prestigious brand on the Tri-City market to meet the expectations of the most demanding customers.
