The development company Pervostroitel is a successor to the traditions of one of the oldest construction enterprises in the Sverdlovsk region - the Uralobuvstroy trust, which was founded in 1934 to create the Uralobuv factory. Over time, the trust was reorganized first into a department, and then into the capital construction department, which built industrial and social facilities.
Over the years, the department has built more than 100,000 square meters. m of production space, 25,000 square meters. m of housing in the region of Vtuzgorodka, 5 kindergartens, a nursery, a boiler room, a school, a vocational school, a country camp for children, a ski base and a boat station.
In the early 2000s, the capital construction department was transformed into the development company Uralobuv. In connection with the new urban policy, the top management of the company decided to erect a modern university campus, one of the largest construction projects in the history of Yekaterinburg, on the site of industrial shops, designed to provide apartments for up to 10 thousand people.
According to the results of 2014, Uralobuv was among the four largest companies engaged in housing construction in the Sverdlovsk Region (according to the Expert rating agency).
In 2015, the development company Uralobuv was renamed Pervostroitel in memory of the first builders of modern Yekaterinburg, who at the beginning of the 20th century laid the foundation for the city's principles of integrated development of territories successfully used by their current descendants.
Today, the Pervostroitel holding includes several companies involved in the design, construction, sale and management of residential and commercial real estate, thus ensuring a full development cycle.
