We are a leading manufacturer of prefabricated structures in Poland. We produce traditionally reinforced elements and modern prestressed concrete elements used in large-scale construction (e.g. production halls, warehouses, offices, commercial facilities, stations, parking lots), engineering (e.g. bridges, tunnels), as well as for non-standard projects. We offer a wide range of standard products, as well as realize special orders based on individual projects.
We currently have five factories located in Poznań, Bielsko-Biała, Gdańsk and Mszczonów near Warsaw. We are planning further investments, including both the expansion and modernization of our plants, and the consolidation of the market.
In our production plants, we make prestressed and reinforced structural elements, including ceiling beams, roof beams (girders), walls, TT panels and columns. Additionally, at the plant in Poznań, we produce prestressed hollow core slabs. Our Poznań plant is equipped with automated (computer-controlled) production lines for structural prestressed elements, each up to 120 m long. The technical facilities enable the production of components weighing up to 120 tons.
As part of the Group, we also produce wall elements (intended for the Scandinavian market), which are comprehensively equipped with electrical installations, have installed windows and external window sills, and are finished with special structural plasters. Elements made in this way do not require additional time and financial expenses related to the execution and finishing of the facade on the construction site. Finishing the inside of the walls requires only painting, embedding internal window sills and mounting sockets and electrical switches.
