Each year, PCG increases its portfolio of residential and commercial real estate, while developing its area of activity. PCG is one of the most dynamically developing developers in Lower Silesia, actively operating within the structures of the Polish Association of Developers. In 2018, the PCG Group adjusted its portfolio of residential projects by entering new market segments - premium investments. At the same time, last year, the PCG development group achieved the highest revenue and sales result in the history of the company and the Group.
2018 was the next stage of the conscious expansion of the PCG Group. The modernized, equipped with the latest solutions for the presentation of apartments, a showroom combined with a showroom with over 6,000 thousand patterns of finishing materials is still a unique tool for sale on the development market. In the same year, PCG joined to its structures the largest developer in Legnica - Modernbud, which has nearly 30 years of experience in the development industry, thus expanding its offer with further investments and extending the scope of activities to new cities.
In total, the portfolio of the PCG Group at the end of 2018 included 9 residential investments in Wrocław and Legnica. In 2019, further projects of the Group are launched, including the first apartment investment in Szczecin, with direct access to the Szczecin Lagoon, and the premium investment Wuwart with eighteen completely personalized apartments in a unique location in Wrocław. The company's plans are aimed at developing residential markets in western Poland.
