Öz Yaman İnşaat Sanayi Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi is a family company founded in 1980 in Bolu. The company aims to operate in the construction and tourism sectors with its establishment. After its establishment, he built industrial shops and residential buildings in Bolu with a reinforced concrete system called classical system. Since 2003, Öz-Yaman İnşaat has started to construct reinforced concrete system duplex villas in Bodrum district of Muğla, in accordance with Bodrum architecture. As of this year, 12 closed circuit sites (178 residences in total) and 1 shopping mall of 3500 m2 have been completed in Turgutreis. With the assurance of Öz-yaman İnşaat in the center of Bodrum in the beginning of 2014, the 24-house Lalin Houses project was started with the sister organization Bolsüt A.Ş.
