Complete lies in the advertisement and on the website. There is no concierge in the entrances, only general security at the barrier. There are no temporary parking spots as indicated; if you haven't purchased a space in the underground garage or if you are a guest, you won't be able to park in the nearest block at all. The underground garage completely leaks and floods during rain, the car wash located on the minus first floor causes the walls in the parking area to bloom and rot, dirty water flows down to the minus second floor and destroys the structures. The floor tiles in the entrances are falling off and coming loose. The windows in the entrances on many floors are warped and do not close at all, which causes the internal walls to be wet during rain, with all the resulting consequences. The abandoned and unfinished repairs in the entrances have exposed wires, light bulbs hanging like in a construction site, and no one cares. All the street tiles in the yard are uneven underfoot and not secured. In the underground parking, anyone parks wherever they want because the barrier at the entrance is always open due to cars coming for the car wash.
