The difference of Note Construction and Investment is that it always gives priority to design-oriented technological solutions and the use of these solutions in Note projects. Note, makes updates such as the Design and Construction Rules of Reinforced Concrete Structures and TS13515, in accordance with the provisions of the Building Inspection Law No. 4708 and all relevant regulations, within the scope of TBDY 2018.
Note projects are carried out in accordance with detailed soil survey reports prepared with comprehensive soil drillings and by taking necessary shoring measures and safely. All such blocks are made with carrier system applications that are proven to safely meet the earthquake forces with raft foundation or piled raft foundation according to the project, transferring the loads to the solid ground. Reinforced concrete and steel structures are constructed by using ready-mixed concrete and seismic iron, which are tested in the construction site and laboratory, in accordance with the static project, in addition to being with quality assurance certificate in accordance with TSE.
