MS Investments is a holding company whose founder and dominant shareholder is Michał Szramowski. We have been operating since 2000, we started our business activity in the real estate sector. Currently, special purpose vehicles, capital and personally connected with MS Investments, carry out investment projects in the area of commercial and residential real estate, as well as invest in projects in the area of new technologies. We run projects in various Polish cities, most of them in Warsaw, and recently we have increased our involvement in the Łódź market. From the beginning of our activity, we have completed investments worth more than PLN 400 million. To this day, we are associated with most projects, providing services for them and taking care of maintaining and increasing the value of our assets.
