The history of the LEIA Group of Companies has been taking its roots since 1991.
Over the period of our existence, we have made qualitative growth from a small company to a professional, multidirectional holding with high-quality and modern management.
Today, the Group is represented in various sectors of economic activity, of which the main are construction and agricultural areas. We are engaged in the construction of residential, office and retail premises, warranty and after-sales service of the constructed residential complexes. The agricultural sector includes grain production, vegetable growing, animal husbandry, fish farming and greenhouse farming.
Over the period of production and commercial activities, the Group has formed as an enterprise with its own production and technical base and a staff of highly qualified employees with experience in various industries.
One of the achievements and significant development indicators is continuous growth in the crisis period: during the crisis, the construction division of the Group did not stop, but increased the pace of construction, thereby consolidating its position in the market.
On an ongoing basis, the Group improves its activities by expanding its portfolio of development projects and improves management processes.
The implemented business strategy of the Group clearly defines the tasks and challenges facing us, forming a solid foundation for further expanding the portfolio of development projects, increasing production capacities and long-term increase in capitalization.
“LEIA”, in addition to the Kazakhstani market, also operates on several international sites, each of which has large production capacities independent from each other, long-term development plans and untapped potential.
