Krakowskie Biuro Inwestycyjne sp. Z o.o. sp.k. with headquarters in Krakow, was established in 2017 in order to continue the activities of the Krakow Investment Office Stanisław Wołek - a company that has been building multi-family residential buildings in Krakow for 13 years. The many years of experience of the company's partners resulted in the implementation of six residential buildings within five investments in the years 2006-2016. All of them were built and handed over for use as planned, and the last two were protected by a bank escrow account. In cooperation with a recognized architectural office and reliable contractors, we prepare and implement construction projects, ensuring a high level of their implementation and taking into account the individual and diverse needs of our clients. To meet the expectations of many of them, interested in living in a peaceful, green and quiet area, which is also close to the city center, we proceeded to the stage of obtaining a building permit for a multi-family residential building at ul. Obozowa - currently designed as the new 8 Pułku Ułanów street in Krakow.
