KฤฐPTAล was established in the name of ฤฐMAR WEIDLEPLAN with a foreign capital partnership in 1987 in order to perform development plans and architectural projects. It is an Istanbul Mtropolitan Municipality organization which it became inactive and was almost at dissolution after 1989 local elections, but restructured after 1994 local elections by assuming the title of Istanbul Residence Development Plan Industry and Trade Inc.
Having produced livable and safe cities in different zones of Istanbul, KฤฐPTAล does not only prevent unqualified and irregular settlements but also comes into prominence as the aesthetic space window of developing Istanbul.
Having determined the main field of activity as to produce fast and cheap houses and to create modern and livable spaces without disturbing the historical and natural structure of the city and by protecting the forests and water basins, KฤฐPTAล generates and implements alternative plans for the production of aesthetic and livable settlement units which may address to every income group with proper infrastructure solutions and integration with the neighborhood and nature in this direction.
