Israish Investments was established in 2007 by Mr. Guy Sasson and is engaged in real estate development. The company has undertaken many diverse projects in the real estate sector such as residential land acquisition, combination transactions and projects built under TAMA 38.
Guy Sasson, a third generation family of contractors, an MBA graduate with a real estate specialty and a real estate appraiser certificate, makes sure to focus on entrepreneurship, construction quality, financing and marketing.

In a ceremony for selecting projects for excellence in construction for 2011 on behalf of the Builders Association, Israeli company won first place in the urban renewal category TAMA 38.
In 2014, Isramish Investments competed with the Beer Ora Project in the Urban Renewal Category TAMA 38, winning it once again.
