İnallar Cadde is our first office project that we have implemented as İnallar Gayrimenkul.
We have been prepared with great care in designing this project in order to realize the rightful success we have achieved with Inallar Hayat, our first housing project and as the team's eyes, as a team.
In İnallar Avenue, we aimed to reach a perfect whole from small details, as in our Inallar Hayat project.
"What would I expect if I needed an office?" We tried to find the answer to the question and realized that the most important need is office expectations in different square meters. We aimed to provide an excellent infrastructure in order to create the work spaces of his dreams in line with the needs of the office owner.
From the entrance door to the reception area, from the elevators to the floor halls, we made an effort to design with a modern, bright, stylish but eye-free, refined luxury.
İnallar Cadde consists of 24 offices of different sizes and 4 independent stores.
Starting from 2-car parking areas specific to each office, increased parking spaces compared to the office square meter, uninterrupted energy with the generator, heating-cooling channels, state-of-the-art thermal insulation, drainage system, camera system are just some of the many technical features of İnallar Cadde.
Located in one of the main arteries of Bursa, in a perfect location with its distance to the most exclusive residential areas, metro, business and shopping centers, İnallar Cadde also deserved an assertive facade design. We designed a transparent shell on the glass façade that draws natural daylight on all 3 facades where the offices are located, with metal plates that both function as sunscreen and add geometric planes to the building.

At the same time, in order for our doctor friends to work comfortably, we also fulfilled the criteria for an office building that complies with the "Private Health Institutions Regulation for Outpatient Diagnosis and Treatment and Regulation on Occupational Health and Safety Law Services".
While we were dreaming about this project, we aimed to prepare an ideal floor for your dream office with its design and technical features.
