HSD INWESTYCJE company was established in January 2005. It was established for the purpose of planning, preparation, implementation and commercialization of investments. From the beginning, it focused on the construction industry, the aim of which was the construction of multi-family residential buildings as well as office, service and commercial facilities.
HSD INWESTYCJE Limited Liability Company S.k. operates as a continuation of HSD INWESTYCJE Siwiec Hieronim.
We operate on the market as the HSD GROUP which includes the following companies: HSD INWESTYCJE, HSD PLUS INWESTYCJE, HSD CHAŁUPKA, HSD INWESTYCJE (2), HSD & ARROW.
The newest entity is the company HSD ARROW KM Development Spółka z o.o. S. K. which was established in 2014. The many years of experience of the HSD Inwestycje company in the field of erecting buildings and the experience of Mr. Krystian Kruk in the field of construction services and trade led to the creation of a company that deals with the latest investments: in Kielce at Kryształowa Street and at Trybny Ludów Street in Krakow.
The area of activity of our companies covers the entire development process - from obtaining land, through designing in cooperation with renowned architectural offices, to obtaining final building permits, supervision over construction work, to handing over ready-made premises to clients and property management. In order to improve the security of financing these projects and to properly secure the financial contribution of property buyers, the HSD GROUP's projects are implemented by special purpose vehicles established for this purpose.
