Our company was born following the analysis of the real estate market in the Sibiu area, where we found a number of shortcomings for clients:
the useful surfaces of the existing apartments were very small
not enough emphasis was placed on the aesthetics of the buildings and spaces around them (most of the blocks were surrounded only by concrete slabs)
lack of green spaces and playgrounds
low quality of materials used in construction
considerable deviations from the repetition and domain specific procedures
